This includes my Pre-Wedding Questionnaire, as well as my Session Questionnaire! The Session Questionnaire is made for engagement or couples sessions, but it can also be tweaked for a Senior or Family session too.
You'll receive 2 Editable Microsoft Word Documents, one template for Weddings & one for Sessions (which can also be edited in Google Docs)
There's nothing super fancy in the design of these documents, because I want you to make it your own! How & where you choose to send your questionnaires is up to you. But, this template is for getting you to ask the right questions so you can be ready to shoot.
I send my Questionnaires through Honeybook's questionnaire feature, but Google Forms is a great free way to send a questionnaire too.
